We stock over 15,000 SKU's and are constantly adding inventory to make sure we have what you need. If an item is out of stock we will explore all options prior to notifying you. We stock 95% of the products listed on our website. On occasion we ship directly from a manufacturer to make sure you receive the fastest service possible. Please see our "Drop Ship" section below for more information on drop ships.
If an item is back ordered we will send out an email notifying you of the back order with in 1-2 business days of placing the order. Upon emailing you about the back orders we will list what is back ordered and how we are processing the order to best serve you. Depending on the size of the order and item orders, we will either hold your order till complete, or ship out everything we have in stock. Please feel free to Contact Us if you have any questions. We receive multiple restocking orders every week, and we are constantly adding depth to inventory to serve you as quickly as possible.
At Get Bit Outdoors we believe that shipping should be fair. We are constantly watching our rates to give you the lowest rates possible. The rates below are for domestic shipments and do not include Oversize Fees. Please see Oversize Fees for more information on our fees.
Shipping will be calculated at the time of purchase based on order subtotal. The majority of our orders ship the same day they are placed. Standard shipping is 3-5 business days through USPS. Heavier and Larger items are shipped UPS ground averaging 5-7 business days for delivery.
For your protection we pack all blanks in pvc tubes and insure them to make sure you are covered. For more information on shipping and packages see our "Procedures".

We ship worldwide through USPS, UPS or DHL. When shipping your package, we will select the best shipping option based on the package size, weight and price point.
Our international rates are based off of the order's subtotal. We are constantly working to keep our rates as accurate as possible but due to the nature of international shipping sometimes there are differences in actual shipping.

If possible we will always combine your packages.
Any blanks over 7ft when shipped will go through UPS or DHL. The cost for these blanks can be anywhere from $80-200 depending on the shipping address, length, and weight. We strive to give you the most accurate shipping rates possible on every order. Unfortunately oversize fees are necessary to help cover the additional cost associated with larger items and the proper packaging to ensure they arrive safely.

In some cases if an item is out of stock and you need it right away we can drop ship it from the manufacture. Some manufactures allow drop shipping but have a drop ship fee associated with them. Please feel free to let us know how we can help.
Returns. Regularly stocked items can be returned for a full refund minus shipping costs if returned within 30 days from the date of delivery. Date of delivery is listed on the tracking info once it has arrived to your door. Orders outside of 30 days but within 60 days are refundable but are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Orders outside 60 days are not refundable. To check that your order is still within 30 days please visit Orders & Returns. Special order/non-stocked items are not refundable.
Refunds are processed with in 4-5 business days upon return arrival of your package. You will receive notification once the package has been refunded and you can expect the funds to be in your account in 2-3 business days depending on your bank. At this time, we do not issue store credit, all refunds and returns will be issued directly back to the original method of payment. All returned items must be in new condition and unused. If they show signs of wear, use, or damaged, no refund will be issued. If you wish to exchange items, please list clearly in the returned package which items you would like to switch to. Shipping will be applied to all exchanges. Please insure any return packages, we will not issue refunds on items unless they make it back to us.
To return your package, please put your items in a safe and secure package and when possible use the original packaging and avoid using envelopes. Please include a note stating why you are returning it. Your options are a full refund minus shipping or to exchange it for different products. On the label please put attention Returns for the name and Get Bit Outdoors for the company. All returns can be sent back to our address below. Missing Items or Packages
If your package arrives and is missing products, items are damaged, or a wrong item was sent, please contact us immediately. Any delay in response could void replacement of your product.
If a package ends up missing, please contact your post office first and notify them of the missing package. As soon as you have spoken to the carrier please contact us immediately so that we can submit a claim. Please allow up to 15 days for the post office to attempt to locate your package. Once the 15 days has passed and the package has been marked as lost, we will issue you a refund or send replacement parts out. We apologize but we are unable to send replacement products sooner than 15 days in the event of a lost package. If you need replacements parts right away please contact us. We are glad to help.
If any items are missing from your package, please call us right away. We will check internally to confirm where the mistake was made. Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process all incorrect or missing item claims.
If an item was sent incorrectly, we apologize! Please let us know upon receiving the item. We can often offer a discount for keeping the incorrect item and will get the correct part sent right away. We can provide a return label if you choose to return the incorrect part. Items need to be sent back within 15 days.
If the package shows up damaged, please open the package to inspect the product. If any products are damaged, please send us pictures immediately to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include a short note in the email about how the package was received. All replacement parts are sent out free of charge upon receiving proof of damage during the shipping. We will quickly process a replacement for all damaged items. We will processing the claims on our end.
